


Meet The Chef
Chef Aviv started his culinary experience as a child in his mother’s and aunt’s kitchen. He was always helping them with traditional dishes and sweets. He often visited the local market, where he explored local ingredients, spices, and flavors. This is where he connected with his Egyptian roots and fell in love with Mediterranean cuisine.
Chef Aviv started his career in one of the top restaurants in Tel Aviv by the leading chef “Segev Moshe”. He had the opportunity to explore and learn different cuisine styles and techniques.
Soon after Aviv got married he decided to move back to Canada and settled in Toronto. In the past few years, Chef Aviv worked in a variety of restaurants, exploring different cuisines such as “Cluny Bistro”- one of the finest French-Canadian restaurants.
He worked in Kosher restaurants and catering business and took a major part in the opening of the Mediterranean restaurant by “O&B”. Today Chef Aviv works closely with his clients on bringing them a personal culinary experience for every occasion.
